摘　　要：目的探索一种简便、实用的原代人早孕滋养细胞培养方法。方法原代组织块法培养人早孕绒毛滋养细胞,Ficoll离心及差速贴壁法进行纯化,CK-7及Vimentin检测细胞纯度。结果所得人早孕滋养细胞纯度高达95%。结论组织块法培养,Ficoll离心及差速贴壁法纯化是一种较有效的人早孕绒毛滋养细胞培养方法。Objective To search after a simple,convenient and practical method about in vitro primary cell culture of human trophoblast. Methods Tissue-culture method was used to get the primary human trophoblastic cells of first trimester pregnancy. The Ficoll separation and different speed adherence were used to purify the cells, immunocytochemistry with specific CK7 and Vimeintin monoclonal antibodies were used to identified the cells. Results The purification of obtained cells got to 95 %. Conclusion Tissue-culture, Ficoll separation and different speed adherence may be the effective method to culture the human trophoblast cell.
