摘  要:利用小波变换提取配电网系统具有分形特征的参数,在研究配电线路发生故障时具有分形特征参数变化的基础上进一步探讨了分支变化对分形特征的影响规律,可从全新的领域获得关于配电线路故障的信息。与传统的配电网接地故障定位方法相结合,可形成全面有效的配电网接地故障定位解决方案。A new technique is presented in this paper,which is used to locate the single-phase-to-earth fault for power distribution networks.The procedure employs wavelet transform to pick up the fractal parameters of a certain power distribution system,and the subsequent research indicates that the dimensions of parameters vary with the changes of the structure of the system.The influences of the feeders on the fractal parameters are also concerned.The conclusion is helpful to get information about power distribution system in a new domain,further processing of which can get enough data to carry out the fault location.Combined with the traditional methods,the technique will be more effective.Simulations with EMTP prove that this novel method is valid.
