摘 要:提出一种快速复励式偏磁消弧线圈,简要介绍了其结构和控制原理。描述了新型消弧线圈的励磁系统数字控制系统,通过最新的DSP+FPGA组合控制实现了消弧线圈快速补偿。仿真计算及试验对比分析表明,新型消弧线圈具有优良的特性。A speed multiples bias-excitation self-arc-suppression coil based on magnetic saturationis presented and described in this paper.The improvement of its structure makes it be suitable for application in arc-suppression.It consists of an iron core with three columnsand six coils.On the left and right limb of the iron core,there are two stages of magnetic saturation section to reduce the harmonic of the inductance current.Moreover,an air gap is placed on the middle limb to keep the arc-suppression coil having linear inductance during zero-excitation.It contains main and auxilary excitation.Generally,the auxilary excitation is working for speeding the arc-suppression coil dynamic response,after the excitation current reach the setting value,the main excitation begins working.This paper describes digital control strategy of arc-suppression coil excitation,the combination of DSP + FPGA is applied to carry out fast compensation of arc-suppression coil.
