摘 要:讨论市场机制下梯级流域水电站间短期优化调度模型,确定了利益最大化为准则的目标函数。考虑市场竞争的电价和电量、水库存水价值、水流时滞以及设备折旧等因素,给出了相应的约束。重点讨论市场机制对弃水量的影响、发电量和发电引用流量的函数关系式以及存水价值系数的确定方法。最后给出在梯级电站运行管理中引入竞争机制和加强市场预测研究的建议。This work is concerned with the short-term optimization scheduling model of cascaded hydroelectric plants in electricity market.The performance criterion that maximizesthe benefit is considered.the objective function is built and some factors are taken into account,such as the electricity price and electricity quantity achieved in the competitive market,the value of the water on the reservoirs,the time delay of the water current and the equipment depreciation.Therelevant restrictionsare consindered.the emphases on the influence of market mechanism on spillage,the function relation between power generation and discharge,and the gained method of the value coefficient of the storage water,are discussed.In the end,this paper suggests to adopt the competitive mechanism in the operation management of the cascaded plant and reinforce the research of the market forecast.
