摘　　要：目的观察雄激素等联合治疗老年人骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的疗效和安全性。方法联合应用雄激素、全反式维甲酸、1,25-二羟基维生素D3及小剂量化疗等治疗32例老年MDS,并观察疗效。结果32例患者中完全缓解7例,部分缓解14例,进步4例,无效7例,总有效率为78.1%,副作用为口唇干裂,轻微头痛、头胀等。结论雄激素等联合治疗老年人MDS疗效好,副作用小。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of androgen combined with others in treating old people with myelodysplastic syndromes （MDS）. Methods 32 patients of old people MDS were treated by androgen, all transretinoic acid, 1, 25 - dihidroxyvitamin D3 [1, 25 - （OH）2D3] and low close chemotherapy. Results 7 patients achieved complete recovery, 14 patients achieved part recovery, 4 patients made progress, 7 had no effect. The total effective rate was 78. 1% and the side - effect was very low. Conclusion The combination treatment of androgen and others in old people＇s MDS is an effective method with low side effect.
