西安市13区(县)旅游资源整合与重点项目开发的思考

摘　　要：根据中华人民共和国国家质量监督检疫总局2003年5月1日发布实施的《中华人民共和国旅游资源分类、调查与评价国家标准》,按照其划分的旅游资源的主类、亚类、基本类型,通过实地调研,统计分析了西安市辖13区(县)旅游资源特征和空间布局现状;综合运用旅游资源学、管理学、产业经济学和数理统计的理论与方法,提出西安市旅游资源整合开发的次序和重点开发的旅游项目,以及旅游产业化发展的七项措施。为区域旅游开发与管理决策提供依据。According to National Standard Tour Resources Classification, Investigation and Evaluation , the People＇s Republic of China which is issued and implemented by the nation quality quarantine Bureau of the People＇s Republic of China on 1st, may, 2003. The Tour resources were divided into the main type, the second type and the basic type. Based on the investigation on the spots, this text statically analyzed the characteristics and space distribution situations of tour resources in 13 counties of Xian city, and put forward the sequence of development and integration of tour resources in Xian, development of key tour items and 7 measures of tour industrialize by using comprehensively the theory and methods of Tour resource, Management, Industry economics and Mathematics statistics, which set a basis for exploiting tour and making managerial policy.
