摘 要:利用中试装置对生物活性炭深度处理工艺的动态培养自然挂膜过程进行研究,讨论了挂膜过程中污染物去除效果的变化,试验显示挂膜期间炭柱对氨氮的去除率与进水氨氮质量浓度可拟合成二次曲线的关系,进水氨氮质量浓度为0.76mg/L时氨氮去除率最高;炭柱对CODMn和UV254的平均去除率分别为32.07%和44.76%;对有机物去除的相关性进行分析显示,挂膜期间中炭柱CODMn和UV254进水浓度和去除量之间相关性分别达0.72和0.71;最后提出以CODMn和UV254的去除率作为判断生物活性炭工艺生物膜成熟的标志以及相关的参数。A pilot-scale equipment was used to study the process of dynamic biofilm colonization in the advanced treatment of drinking water using biological activated carbon process, the regular changes of the pollutants removal effect during the process of biofilm colonization was discussed, the results of the test showed that, the correlation between the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by biological activated carbon and the influent ammonianitrogen concentration could be fit into quadratic function curve, when the influent ammonia-nitrogen concentration was 0.76 mg/L, the removal rate of it was the highest, the average removal rate of CODMn and UV254 by GAC column were 32.07% and 44.76% respectively; through the analysis on the correlation between the influence factors and the removal of organic matters, it was shown that, during the biofilm colonization, the correlation coefficients of CODMn and UV254 were 0.72 and 0.71 for influent concentration and absolute removal quantities respectively; furthermore, the removal rate of CODCr and UV254 could be used as a indicate judging whether the biofilm is mature or not in biological activated carbon process, and the relative parameters were also presented.
