摘　　要：UrbanSim系统是当前最新型的城市仿真工具之一,主要用于城市增长管理、城市土地规划和交通政策分析,目前仅在美国盐湖城等少数城市获得实践。本文介绍了UrbanSim的特征、设计思想、基本建模方法;分析了其城市模型体系的架构和处理流程,个体分析模型结构,以及系统对于复杂城市数据的存储和数据库整合。在结合该系统应用实践的基础上,探讨了UrbanSim系统对我国城市增长分析的借鉴意义。UrbanSim is a newly developed urbansimulation software system, mainly used for metropolitan growth management, urban land use planning, and transportation policy analysis. Up to now, it has been practiced only in a few American cities, such as Salt Lake City. This paper reviews UrbanSim system＇ s characters, design ideology, basic modeling methods; then analyzes its modeling framework design and integration flow, objectedoriented individual models＇ structure, systematic data storage and database integration, Finally, based on the software＂ s application, this paper proposes some implications of this software system for the urban growth analysis in China.
