摘　　要：综合医院急诊科开展群体性伤害的紧急医疗救援,建立一支训练有素的队伍应从建立突发事件应急救援指导小组、培养急诊医护人员基本技能、制定应对群发伤预案、掌握4个阶段重点等方面进行,循序渐进规范急诊质量体系。In order to provide exigent medical succor for mass injury, the emergency department of general hospitals should develop and establish a well-trained team to which the follwing accesses are mandatory：set up a group for supervising emergency succor,cultivate staffing basic skills, draw up a plan for preventing mass injury and mastering the key points of 4 stages. Besides ,the quality system of emergency treatment should be standardized step by step.
