摘　　要：利用铜尾矿、磨细矿渣、粉煤灰,在碱性复合激发剂存在的情况下,通过湿热养护工艺制成承重标准砖。实验采用正交试验法进行工艺参数优化,以此为基础建立了养护制度,产品抗压强度达到18.1MPa,抗折强度达到3.6MPa,具有良好的抗冻融性和稳定性。并对影响产品性能的几个主要因素进行了讨论。The load-bearing brick was made from copper tailings, fine ground slag, fly ash and alkaline compound activator by wet thermo-curing method. The orthogonal array technique was used to optimize the process parameters in the tests and based on the above, the curing system was established. The compressive strength of the brick was up to 18.1 MPa, bending strength 3.6MPa, and with good freezing-thawing resistance and stability. Some factors influencing the characteristics of the brick were discussed.
