摘　　要：氨基酸型两性表面活性剂是一种以氨基酸为基础的环保表面活性剂,其良好的无毒、生物可降解和配伍性能,越来越多地被应用到皮革工业中。本文综述了氨基酸型两性表面活性剂应用于皮革中的研究动向,并重点介绍了其分类及合成方法。Amino-acid amphoteric surfactant, a kind of green surfactant, has been used in leather industry more and more because of its innocuity, biodegradation and blending ability. In this paper, the classification and synthesis methods of amino-acid type amphoteric surfactant, and the progress of its application in leather industry were introduced.
