农民工社会保障现存问题与对策思考

摘　　要：进城的农民工面临户籍身份、劳动报酬、劳动保障、社会保险和子女教育等方面的不公平待遇问题。这些问题也是需要解决的“三农”问题的重要部分。建议:对农民工的社会保障实行城乡统筹,对城镇居民和农村居民采取完全平等的社会保险政策,建立农民工最低收入保障制度,由政府统一规划建设改善农民工居住条件的廉租住房。Peasants who pour into the city for jobs are confronted with such unfair treatments as their temporary household register, low pay and poor guarantee of their jobs, shortage of social insurance and their children＇s education problem. To eliminate these unfair treatments, it is suggested that an overall planning of social security for both the city and the countryside areas should be practiced, a fair social insurance policy for citizens at city as well as in the countryside should be made, and the guarantee system for peasant laborers＇ lowest income should be established. To improve their living conditions, the government should have a master plan of building apartments of low rent for the peasant laborers.
