摘　　要：阐述了SCI的基本情况(包括文献来源、功能、选刊标准和选刊原则等),详细介绍了源期刊、国际会议论文集和电子期刊这3种SCI的文献来源,指出这是作者投稿的3种主要途径,提出在投稿时应注意的问题。This paper expounds the basic situation of SCI （including its literature sources, functions, selection standard, and selection principle, etc. ）, introduces in detail three literature sources of SCI including the source periodicals, the symposium of international conference and the electronic periodicals, and points out that the source periodicals, the symposium of international conference and the electronic periodicals are three main paths for the author to contribute the papers, and puts forward some problems needing attention in contributing the papers.
