摘　　要：科学发展观是图书馆事业发展的指导原则,坚持科学发展观就是要做到:确立以人为本的服务理念和管理理念;坚持全面发展,充分发挥图书馆职能作用;坚持协调发展,发挥图书馆整体效应;坚持可持续发展,为落实可持续发展战略服务。The scientific concept of development is the guiding principle for the development of library cause.Sticking to the scientific concept of development means：establishing the people-based service concept and management concept, persisting in the all-round development, giving full play to library＇s functions, insisting on the coordinative development, realizing library＇s integral effect, holding on the sustainable development, and serving the sustainable development.
