摘　　要：网络时代引起了图书馆事业的巨大变革,对图书馆界提出了新的挑战。为了适应社会发展和图书馆变革的需要,提出了图书馆员必需具有较高的思想道德素质、广博的知识结构和多种过硬的解决问题的能力。The network era gives rise to the great changes of the library cause, and also puts new challenges to the library circles .In order to adapt themselves to the requirements of the social development and the changes of the library, the librarians should possess higher ideological and moral quality, wider knowledge structure and various perfect abilities of solving the problems.
