摘　　要：重点讨论了在新环境下如何提高图书馆书刊管理工作的质量问题。要搞好图书馆书刊管理工作,必须提高馆员的整体素质,加强对大学生读者的心理道德教育,才能从根本上减少书刊的损失。This paper mainly discusses on how to improve the management of books and journals of university library under the new circumstances, and points out that the library, which wants to do well the management of the books and journals, must improve the integral quality of the librarians, strengthen the psychological ethics education of the university student readers, and reduce the damage of the books and journals.
