摘　　要：结合现实,分析了全面建设小康社会的实质,指出我国全面建设小康社会必须处理好的几个重要经济关系,并提出相应对策与建议。The paper makes an analysis on the essence of building an all-round well-off society, points out several relationships that should be treated well in building an all-round well-off society in China, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
