萝卜细胞质雄性不育与内源激素平衡关系的研究

摘　　要：利用酶联免疫测定技术研究了萝卜金花薹细胞质雄性不育系75A及其保持系75B幼根、叶和花蕾中内源激素之间比值的变化。结果表明:与保持系相比,不育系IAA/ABA、IAA/ZR和IAA/GA值大幅度降低,而GA/ZR和GA/ABA值除个别时期外均高于保持系。可见,萝卜小孢子的败育与内源激素平衡的破坏有关。The ratios changes between hormones were investigated in young roots, leaves and buds of Jinhuatai cytoplasmic male sterile （CMS） radish 75A and its maintainer 75B during different development stages with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, The results showed that the ratio of IAA/ABA, IAA/ZR and IAA/GA was remarkably lower in cytoplasmic male sterile llne than that in corresponding maintainer, while the ratio of GA/ZR and GA/ABA was on the contrary except specific periods, The endogenous hormonal ratio was interdependent to the microspore abortion of radish.
