摘  要:目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同海拔大叶碎米荠中的ZT与IAA的含量。方法:ODS-5μm C-18柱(5μm,4.0 mm×250 mm),流动相A(甲醇)与B(0.6%冰醋酸),采用梯度洗脱,在前10 min,流动相B由100%降到50%,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温35℃。结果:其回收率92%以上,RSD<5%。不同海拔的激素含量存在显著差异,IAA在海拔2 100 m时含量最高,ZT在海拔600 m时含量最高,ZT/IAA值随着海拔上升而降低。Objective: Using HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of hormone in Cardamine rnacrophylla from different altitudes. Methods:The analytical column was Hypersil ODS- C18 column. Using gradient elution method, the mobile phase A was methyl alcohol and the mobile phase B was 0.6 % acetic acid. At the first ten minutes, the mobile phase B decreased from 100 % to 50 %, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the temprature of column was 35 ℃. Results: The diversity was prominent , IAA was richest at 2 100 m, ZT was richest at 600 m, ZT/IAA was highest at 600 re.The recovery rate was beyond 92 % and the RSD was 1% ~ 2 %.
