摘　　要：文章在分析现有网管系统现状的基础上,提出了广东电网通信网络综合网管系统建设的总体方案,包括功能构架、系统结构、信息流程、系统互联、系统同步等方案;根据各功能模块(子系统)的地位与作用,给出了广东电网综合网管的建设思路与实施步骤。Based on the analysis of current network management status a general scheme about integrated management of Guangdong Power communication network is proposed, which includes function framework, system structure, information flow, system interconnection, and system synchronization etc. Furthermore, the constructing design and implementing steps for integrated management of Guangdong Power communication network are brought forward according to the status and function of each subsystem.
