摘  要:分析了锅炉排烟温度对飞灰比电阻及电除尘效率的影响,介绍了一种根据飞灰比电阻实测值计算电除尘效率的方法,提出了同时从经济性和环境保护的角度来确定锅炉设计或改造时排烟温度的数值,其值应在120℃~130℃以下,介绍了加装烟气加热器降低锅炉排烟温度的方法,并分析了其经济性和环保效益。In this paper the effect of the flue gas temperature leaving the pulverized-coal fired boilers on the fly ash electrical resistivity and thus the collecting efficiency of electrostatic precipitators is analysed. A calculating method of the collecting efficiency according to the experimental values of the fly ash resistivity is suggested. It is indicated in the paper that the value of the flue gas temperature leaving the boilers should be determined by both factors of economics and environment protection during the boiler design or retrofit and reduced to 120℃~130℃ and below. Using the flue gas heater with heat transfer enhancement technique to reduce the flue gas temperature leaving the boilers is mentioned and the economical and encironment-protective values are analysed.
