摘 要:目的:初步探讨小切口人工髋关节置换术的优越性。方法:比较了14例小切口人工全髋关节置换术与传统人工全髋关节置换术在切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流、手术时间、术后疼痛、住院天数、住院费用、早期活动、并发症、Harris评分方面的不同。结果:发现在相同条件下,小切口手术明显减少了术中出血、术后疼痛、住院天数、住院费用,促进了早期活动,并且对手术的效果无影响。结论:小切口具有创伤小、出血量少、损伤组织少、感染机会低、医源性损伤少、人工关节稳定性强、患者恢复时间短等优势。小切口在人工全髋关节置换术中是可行的。Objective: To primarily study the advantage of mini - incision for total hip replacement(THR). Method: Compared a mini- incision technique and traditional approach for THR. 14 patients who undergone a mini - incision THR were matched by 8 patients with traditional approach for THR. The contrastive items included incision length, haemorrhage volume during operation, postoperative drainage, operative time, postoperative pain, hospitalized days, and expenses, early activity, complication and Harris scores. Results: In the similar conditions, mini- incision is found that blood loss in operative, the postoperative drainage, operative time, postoperative pain, hospitalized days and expenses are reduced significantly, promoting early activity, there were no any influence on the operation effect. Conclusion:Mini - incision is mini - invasive, less haemorrhage, less tissue damage, lower infection, higher stable hip prosthesis, rapid recovery et al. Mini - incision technique is practicable.
