摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜在小肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法：复习了国内外有关腹腔镜治疗机械性小肠梗阻的大量文献，阐述了腹腔镜手术的适应证，禁忌证，手术基本操作和注意事项，手术并发症和处理原则。结果：经腹腔镜实施粘连松解术成功率为35％～87％，平均67．8％。平均手术时间73min，中转率为32．2％，平均随访61．7个月，随访的病人中87．5％未出现症状。结论：选择性腹腔镜小肠梗阻粘连松解术，治疗效果可靠，是一种安全、简便、经济的方式。Objective. To explore the value of peritoneuscope in treating ileus. Methods： By reviewing plenty of documents on treating ileus, to elaborate the indication, the contraindications, the basical operation the points for attetion the complications and the solving principles on peritoneoscope. Results： The success rate at the lysis with peritoneoscope is 35 % - 87 %, the average is 67.8 %, the mean time is 73 % minutes, transform operation rate is 32.2%, the average follow- up is 61.7 % months. Among the patients follow- up,87.5% have no complaints. Conclusions： The lysis with peritoneoscope is reliables,safe, convenient ,economic.
