摘  要:现有的检测技术只能检测被检测对象上已发生的裂纹,不能预测潜在的裂纹,而裂纹缺陷引发套损井套管的应力集中,致使套损井逐年增加.由铁磁材料的磁致伸缩方程,推导了磁记忆方程,并探讨了磁记忆的量化;通过套管加力检测实验,得到了套管所受应力与磁记忆响应的对应关系,证明金属磁记忆检测方法可以分级评价套管的应力状况,对不同的评价等级给出了相应的预防措施,其结果可为套损井的预测提供依据.Current monitoring technology can only monitor the fractures already formed but not the potential fractures. The defect fractures will cause the stress condensed on damaged casing, which will result in more casing-damaged wells. On the basis of magnetostriction equation set of ferromagnetic material, the equation set of magnetic memory is deduced, and the quantity of magnet memory is discussed. Through many experiments of forcing on the casing and testing, the corresponding relationship between the stress applied on the casing and the response of magnetic memory is obtained. The stress state of casing can be evaluated into one of several grades with the method of magnetic memory testing. The results provide the basis for casing damage prediction.
