羊绒低温染色色牢度研究

摘　　要：羊绒低温染色具有节能和对纤维损伤小的优势,介绍了采用活性染料、金属络合酸性染料和MF染料对羊绒进行常规染色和低温染色,测试了染色后织物的各项色牢度,包括水洗、摩擦等牢度。研究结果表明,羊绒低温染色中的助剂具有对染料解聚、对羊毛润湿和匀染作用,可节能16.7%,但适合染中浅色,色牢度达到常规染色效果。Dyeing method and mechanism of cashmere at low temperature are introduced. Conventional process ano low ternperature process with reactive, metal complex and MF dyestuffs are carried out, results are compared such as color fastness to rubbing and washing. It is found that owing to the depolymerization, wettability and leveling of agent at low temperature, good effects are achieved in dyeing light shade even at low temperature.
