转炉赤泥的物相组成及脱硫机理的研究

摘　　要：用X射线衍射法对煤气厂的转炉赤泥及失效赤泥脱硫剂的相变过程及物相组成进行了分析和研究,提出了转炉赤泥脱硫过程的机理,为赤泥脱硫工艺的改进和控制提供了参数依据。Because of its high activity and large sulphur capacity, reddle of converter has been widely used in gas industry in china. The authon analysed various fuctional and defunctioned reddle of converter from a lot of steel companies andgas plwnts, made it clear about phase composition and phase change when desulfurization, proposed the process and mechanism of desulfurijation, provided useful data for the improvement of desulfurization technology of reddle ofconverter.
