双甲五灵胶囊对慢性肝病肝纤维化患者基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1的影响及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:观察自制中药双甲五灵胶囊治疗慢性肝病肝纤维化患者前后血清基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的变化及其抗纤维化效果,探讨其临床意义。方法:将226例慢性肝炎中、重度及早期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,重点观察治疗6个月前后血清TIMP-1变化,同时观察两组患者临床症状、体征、肝功能(TBil、ALT、TBA、Alb)、血清肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、C-Ⅳ、LN),对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组患者治疗后临床症状、体征、肝功能及血清肝纤维化指标明显好转(P<0·01),TIMP-1水平明显下降(P<0·01)。结论:双甲五灵胶囊对慢性肝炎和肝纤维化具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the change and signification of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 （TIMP-1） in hu-an serum and the clinical effect of Shuangjia-wuling capsule on hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis. Methods： 226patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups; Shuangjia-wuling capsule groups and control group. Then observed the changes of two groups after 6 months and dealed with statistics, clinical symptoms and signs, Liver function （TBil, ALT, TBA, Alb） and the mark of liver fibrosis; hyaluronia acid （HA）, procollagen type Ⅲ （PCⅢ）, procollagen type Ⅳ （C-Ⅳ ） and laminin （LN） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 （TIMP-1）. Results： A significant improving of clinical symptoms and signs, liver function and the mark of liver fibrosis in the patients treated with Shangjia-wuling capsule （P〈 0.01）, Shuangjia-wuling treatment application can reduce level of TIMP-1 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shuangjia-wuling can reduce the serum level of TIMP-1, and has good effect on hepatic fibrosis. Shuangiia-wuling capsule is a good Chinese patent medicine for prevention and treatment the chronic hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis.
