摘  要:目的:观察参蛇偏瘫胶囊对大鼠局灶脑缺血模型神经肽的影响,探讨其治疗脑缺血的可能机制。方法:采用FeCl3致大脑中动脉栓塞模型,应用放免法测定SD和自发性高血压大鼠(HSR)血浆、下丘脑中ET和CGRP含量。结果:参蛇偏瘫胶囊可明显拮抗缺血24h以内的血浆CGRP降低及ET的升高,提高SHR脑缺血时脑组织CGRP含量。结论:参蛇偏瘫胶囊主要对缺血早期CGRP和ET的异常变化有改善作用,而对缺血后期神经肽尚无明显影响,且以升高血浆及下丘脑中CGRP含量为主,对血浆ET的升高也有一定影响。Objective:To in vestigate the effect of Shenshe Piantan Capusle (SPC) on neuropeptide in focal stroke rats and elucidate the mechanisms. Methods: The content of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in plasma and hypothalamus was measured via radioimmunoassay in both SD rats and spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR) with middle cerebral artery infarction. Results: Oral treatment with SPC counteracted both the decrease of CGRP and rise of NT in plasma during 24 hours after in farction and increased CGRP level in ischemic region in SHR. Conclusion : SPC increases CGRP level in both plasma and hypothalamus, and in hibits the increase of plasma NT in the early phase of stroke, no action on neuropeptide in the late phase of stroke was observed.
