摘 要:产品总体方案设计的优劣直接影响产品质量,为避免方案设计的不合理给下游生产带来的损失,文章从产品的技术性能入手,对产品设计方案进行评价和排序。将机械产品总体设计方案的评价与排序问题描述为不完全多参数的决策问题,研究适合于机械产品方案设计评价的决策方法。引入信息熵的概念,采用有序加权平均算子,实现了参数值与权重信息均不完全的方案决策与排序。并以轮式装载机11种不同设计方案为例,进行了评价分析,获得了满意效果。The results of product conceptual design affect the product quality directly. To avoid the mistake caused by unreasonable results of concept design to the following stages of product development, the scheme evaluation is necessary. Facing to the product technique performance, the problem of scheme evaluation can be considered as a decision-making problem with incomplete multi-technique-parameters. A scheme evaluation method is presented through introducing the concept of information entropy and adopting ordered weighted mean operator to realize the decision-making and order-sorting of scheme under incomplete information both in parameters and weights. A sample of evaluation to different design schemes for wheel loader is given, and the results show that the evaluation method is effective.
