摘 要:高温超导磁悬浮车以高达500km/h速度前进,必须装备能检测位置、速度和加速度的设备,并由测量误差确定驱动力数值作为控制依据。设计的硬件平台构建用Altera公司的SOPC Builder,其中标志检测器采集位置数据,检测与控制模块处理信号,Nios处理器完成计算。该装置具有功耗低、体积小和实时性好的特点,设计的瓶颈在于实时计算必须满足车体高速运行的要求。High-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension train, driven by linear electric machine on the ground, is suspending on a pair of persistent magnetic tracks, going at the top speed of 500 kilometer per hour. It is necessary to fit on it the apparatus to measure the displacement, velocity and acceleration. Moreover, based on the error of measurement, the equipment controls the train's movement by means of selecting the proper output of driving-force generated by linear electric machine. In the design the hardware framework is constructed referring to design model of SOPC Builder of the Altera corporation, and it consists of identification marking component to acquire the displacement,measure-control module to process signal and Nios processor to calculate. High-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension train motion measure-control device has less power dissipation, less volume and excellent real-time, the critical part of which is the calculation must be fitted for requirement of real-time while train going forward at full speed.
