摘  要:采用叶龄模式技术、盆栽培养方法,对水稻的两个氮水平进行施肥期和施肥量调控,研究氮肥调控对水稻颖花数和根系氧化力变化的影响,从而调整颖花根活量,以及与叶片含氮量的关系。结果表明,随施氮量的增加,颖花数增加,尤其是增加颖花分化期的氮肥用量,可明显提高总颖花数。粒肥比例高,有利于提高根系氧化力。不同生育期,根系氧化力与叶片含氮量的相关系数r值分别为-0.6212*和0.0640。在保证颖花数的前提下,通过增加生育后期施氮量提高颖花根活量、降低空秕率,促进水稻高产。颖花根活量与叶片含氮量的相关系数分别为r=-0.8754**和r=0.5025。图3,表4,参12。Numbers of spikelet and activities of mot were assessed using pot culture and lesf age technic , with two nitrogen levels, therefore., adjust activities root of spikelet and the relationship of those and leaf nitrogen content.The results as follows: The numbers of spikelet increase with nitrogen applied, which is significant at spikelet polarization.The high proportion of grain fertilizer improves activities of root, which characters with leaf nitrogen content are r = 0.6212^* , 0.0640. Maintaining sufficient spikelet number, activities root of spikelet are enhanced by increasing later nitrogen application, decreasing empty and blighted rate and developing yield. The correlation coefficient of activities root of soikelet and leaf nitrogen content seoaratelv is r = -0. 8754^**,r = 0.5025.
