摘　　要：根据物体的形状特点,针对大物体精确测量的要求,构建出一套线阵CCD测量系统.通过配合使用平滑滤波方法,采用了一种最小二乘法与B样条拟合的二维拟合方法,使边缘检测达到更高的亚象素级精确度,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性.According to the shape of object, aimed at the request of large-sized object which needs to be measured accurately, this paper constructs a dimension measuring system based on line CCD. And integrating with the method of smoothing filter, in order to get the subpixel accuracy, we use the least square method fitted with Bspline. Experimental result shows the feasibility of the proposed approach.
