摘 要:本文以沪蓉高速公路某隧道防水工程为背景,以提高隧道衬砌自防水能力为目标,通过对超塑化剂的复合、粉煤灰的活化、抗裂组分(粉煤灰、膨胀剂、聚丙烯纤维)的作用机理及效果等关键技术的研究,掌握了自密实防水混凝土(WPSCC)的配制机制。在此基础上,通过配制工艺及配合比的优化设计研究,研制出一种适用于隧道衬砌的WPSCC,并通过现场足尺模型试验的设计、施工、测试及分析,验证了在免防水层的情况下利用该WPSCC衬砌隧道时其防水工艺的有效性(抗渗等级超过S20)、方便性(免振捣)和经济性(节约防水工程造价约12%)。With one tunnel water-proofing work in the Hurong highway project as background, aiming at improving self water-proofing abilities of tunnel lining, mixing mechanism of self-compacting water-proof concrete was grasped by researching the key technologies involved the recombination of superplasiticizer, activation of fly ash, mechanism and effects of crack resisting components (fly ash, expanding agent, PP fiber). Based on the above mention, one type of self-compacting water-proofing con crete acceptable for tunnel lining was developed by the optimizing design of mixing method and technology, and the effectiveness (water-infiltrating degree is over P20), accessibility (without any vibrating), economics (saving 12% cost of water-proofing projects) of its application to tunnel water-proofing without adding water proof layer were proved by the designing, constructing, testing and analyzing of the mockup test on the spot.
