摘　　要：目的:了解赣州市社区卫生服务机构的经济收支情况及支出流向。方法:设计专门调查表对赣州市章贡区3个社区卫生服务机构2001—2003年的经济收支状况及支出流向进行调查。结果:被调查机构每年均实现盈利,年均总盈余3.20万元;支出中以人员经费所占比例最高(41.10%),其次为药品支出,占28.95%;在特殊支出中,除预防接种盈余外,其余均加重社区卫生服务机构的经济负担。结论:目前,赣州市社区卫生服务机构的经济运行状况尚可,但经济负担日益加重,政府应在政策和经费投入上给社区卫生服务一定的倾斜。Objective： To understand current operational economical status and expenditure structure of Community Health Services （CHS） in GanZhou. Methods： Questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate economical data from 2001 to 2003 of 3 CHS centers in ZhangGong district of GanZhou. Results ： All centers investigated made profits every year, the average total profit was 32 thousand yuan per year. Labor wage accounted for the most part of total expenditure, reaching 41.10%. The secondary part of total expenditure is expense for purchasing drugs, reaching 28.95% .Among the special expenditure, except the vaccination makes profits, all the others increase the economic burden of CHS. Conclusions： At the present time, operation of CHS centers in GanZhou were satisfied in terms of economical status, but the economic burden of CHS aggravated increasing. Government should give support on economy and policy for CHS.
