摘　　要：手性2_甲基哌嗪在有机合成中有着广阔的应用前景。本文从手性试剂拆分、利用手性原料制备及构建手性中心等方面,对手性2_甲基哌嗪的制备过程进行了介绍并评价了各种路线的可行性和适用性。Chiral 2-methylpiperazine was widely used in organic synthesis. In this paper, the preparation of chiral 2- methylpiperazine was introduced, including resolution with chiral reagent, synthesis from chiral material and building chiral centre. And the feasibility and fitness of the different routes were evaluated.
