含油污泥调剖剂SW-1的研制与性能评价

摘　　要：针对胜坨油田含油污水处理中产生的含油污泥如何处置和环境污染问题,对原油回收站废弃含油污泥及联合站罐底含油污泥组分进行了分析,以含油污泥为主剂,pH值调节剂、分散剂、悬浮剂、助剂和钠土为辅剂,研制出了一种新型含油污泥调剖剂SW-1。根据正交试验,确定了调剖剂SW-1的最佳配方:w(分散剂)=3.0%,w(pH值调节剂)=0.4%,w(助剂)=0.4%,w(悬浮剂)=0.6%,w(钠土)=3.0%。对调剖剂SW-1的性能进行了评价,结果表明,该调剖剂具有较好的稳定性、封堵性和耐冲刷性。By analyzing the components of oily sludge from petroleum reclaiming station and sewage treatment plant in Shengtuo Oilfield, a new profile- controlling agent SW - 1 was developed with oil - bearing sludge as main material and pH regulator, dispersant, suspending agent, accessory ingredient, and montmorillonite as auxiliary materials. The composition of SW- 1 was optimized by orthogonal test as follow： pH regulator 0.4% （wt）, dispersant 3.0% （wt）, suspending agent 0.6 % （wt）, accessory ingredient 0.4 % （wt）, and montmorillonite 3.0 % （ wt）. The result of evaluation on SW- 1 performance showed that the profile- controlling agent had good stability, plugging performance, and scouring resistance.
