摘  要:针对胜坨油田开发后期油井冲砂作业漏失普遍严重的问题,以特种树脂、催化剂及防老剂混合后,通过注塑机注塑,研制开发了水溶性冲砂暂堵球。通过室内试验,确定了水溶性暂堵球的直径、水溶性、暂堵强度等性能指标:暂堵球直径为13mm和19mm,分别应用于不同直径的炮眼,暂堵球的耐压强度可达到20MPa以上,50℃时暂堵球溶解时间为8h,可以满足冲砂暂堵的需要。通过室内模拟试验确定了该暂堵球的现场应用工艺和冲砂施工工艺。现场试验2口井,结果表明,2口井冲砂由严重漏失到基本不漏失,在施工过程中暂堵球没有因溶解而失去暂堵能力,并提出了改进方向。To resolve the serious problem of losing sand in sand - washing process in Shengtuo Oilfield, a water - soluble washing sand temporary - plugging ball was developed. Its performance indexes of diameter, water- solubility, plugging intensity and so on were determined in laboratory research as follows:diameter 13 mm or 19 mm(used respectively in shot holes with different sizes),compression strength 〉 20 MPa, and solution time 8 h at 50 ℃. By indoor simulation experiment, the site application process of the temporary - plugging ball was confirmed. The results of site application were put forward.
