摘　　要：研究采用问卷法对某部550名战士400 m障碍训练过程中运动损伤的发生情况进行了调查,分析了其损伤特点并提出了相应的预防措施,旨在为部队顺利开展训练及减少运动损伤提供科学依据。The study investigated the situation of sports injuries of 550 soldiers of a certain unit in 400 meters obstacle course by using questionnaire, and analyzed the characteristics of sports injuries and put forward appropriate prevent measures with the purpose of providing scientific basis for smoothly conducting a military training and decreasing injuries in the training.
