高校体育生网络成瘾状况及对心理健康的影响

摘　　要：以海南某高校的358名体育生为研究对象,采用《网络成瘾自测量表》、《SCL-90自评量表》,对师范院校体育生网络成瘾状况,及网络成瘾现象和行为对师范院校体育生心理健康水平的影响进行调查分析。结果表明,体育生的网络成瘾现象低于其他专业大学生,体育生网络成瘾者的心理健康水平低于非网络成瘾者的体育生。358 college students from Hai＇ nan Normal University were investigated by two copies of self- administered questionnaires including ＂Internet Addiction Discriminate Scale＂ and ＂SCL- 90 Scale＂ in order to understand the current situation of internet addiction level of normal students majoring in physical education（PES for short）. In addition, the influence of internet addiction on psychological well- being was also analyzed. Results showed that the intemet addiction phenomenon is less common among students majoring in physical education than common college students. And, the psychological well - being level of lAD group is significandy lower than non- IAD group.
