东莞口岸出入境人员疟疾流行病学调查

摘　　要：〔目的〕了解东莞口岸出入境人员疟疾的流行特征和分布特点,以便制定相应的预防和控制措施。〔方法〕采用血清学抗体检测法对东莞口岸出入境人员进行疟疾抗体检测。〔结果〕从4870名出入境人员中检出疟疾抗体阳性者5名,阳性率10.27/万。〔结论〕东莞口岸仍然存在疟疾传入和再度流行的危险,东莞出入境人群中仍需加强疟疾预防和控制工作。Objective To study the prevalence and distribution of malaria among entry-exit personnels at Dongguan port, and to work out the relevant measures of prevention and control. Methods Serological antibody examination of malaria was used to test the entry - exit personnels at Dongguan port. Results 5 subjects out of 4 870 persons were identified of malaria antibody positive, the positive rate was 0.1027%. Conclusion There still exist a possibility of malaria re-emerges and epidemic at Dongguan port. It＇s necessary to strengthen the prevention and control program of malaria among entry-exit personnels at Dongguan port.
