珊瑚人工骨的细胞生物学评价

摘　　要：本实验采用体外细胞培养法评价珊瑚人工骨的细胞相容性。Ｌ９２９小鼠成纤维细胞培养，按细胞增殖度法和形态观察法，取５种浓度珊瑚骨浸提液进行检测，分别于２、４、８、１０天用四唑盐比色法《ＭＴＴ法》计数，计算细胞相对增殖度，用六级毒性分类法评级，分别于２、４天取材扫描电镜观察。结果，培养期细胞大量增殖，形态良好，贴壁生长，毒性评级为０～１级，结果显示珊瑚人工骨具有良好的细胞相容性。he effects of an artificial bone made of coral on the proliferation of mousefibroblast 1929 cells were investigated using a tetrazolium-based colorimetricassay(MTT assay).5 different concentration of maceration extract of coral bonewere added into culture plate. The samples were tested at 2、4、6、8、10 daysrespectively after the addition of extract The maceration extract of theartificial bone did not iuhibit the cell growth even at the concentrationenriched 25 times. Scanning electron microscopic observation revealed that L929cells growing on the surface of the colal discs showed normal morphology. Thetoxicity gradation of the artifical bone was 0-1.The results indicate that theartificial bone of coral is compatible with the tcsted cells.
