常规治疗合并复方丹参和维生素K治疗小儿支气管哮喘持续状态

摘　　要：目的探讨在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参和维生素K治疗小儿支气管哮喘持续状态（SA）的疗效。方法92例小儿支气管哮喘持续状态患儿随机分为两组，均按哮喘持续状态常规治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上同时应用复方丹参注射液。结果治疗组48例中，显效28例，好转16例，无效4例，总有效率为91．6％。对照组44例中，显效16例，好转12例，无效16例，总有效率为63．6％，两组比较有显著性差异（X=5．30，P〈0．05）。结论常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参注射液和维生索K治疗具有良好的协同作用。且药源广、价廉，因此是基层医院抢救小儿哮喘持续状态的有效措施之一。Objective To explore the effect of routine therapy combined with dan - shen root and Vitamin K in bronchial status asthmaticus. Methods 92 cases of bronchial status asthmaticus were divided into two groups at random, were also treated with routine therapy, therapeutic group combined with dan - shen root and Viitamin K at the basis of routine therapy. Results 28 of 48 cases in therapeutic group were cured, 16 were taken a turn for the better, 4 cases were inefficiency, cure rate is 91.6%. In the contrast group,16 of 44 cases were cured, 12 were taken a turn for the hetter, 16 cases were inefficiency, cure rate is 63.6%, significant difference existed in two groups. Conclusion routine therapy combined with dan - shen root and Vitamin K have good cooperation, and also wide drug source, cheap price, which were effective messurement of rescue bronchial status asthmaticus in basic hospital.
