摘　　要：本文报告了采用湿润暴露疗法（MEBT）治疗425例烧烫伤，全部治愈。其中烧烫伤面积在60％－100％12例。通过临床分析：我们认为该法是目前治疗烧烫伤病人最理想的方法，该法治疗效果好，抗感染能力强，创面意合快，不留疤痕或少留疤痕。该法使用方便，无医疗条件限制。在大面积烧伤创面换药的实践中，我们发现无论用哪种换药工具，均无法特创面残余药膏及液化物彻底清除干净，因此我们采用了1‰新洁尔灭溶。液浸浴清洗创面，达到了创面洁净的预期目的。该法能使创面清洁，液化物清除彻底并为MEBO更好地发挥其药用介值创造了良好环境，也起到预防创面感染，促进创面愈合的积极作用。425 cases of burn and scald were treated with MEBT. Among them, 12 cases had a burn area of 60% to 100% BSA. All the patients were cured.MEBT had very good anti-infective effect. lt short-ened wound healing time and left no scar or very little scar after healing. MEBT is very easy and simple to perform and requires no special medical facilities.The authors found that bromogeramine at a con-centration of 1: 10, 000 is very effective for complete removal of residual ointment and liquefied products from the wounds, while change of dressing is per-fomed. A complete removal of residuaI drug and lique-fied products will help MEBO to fully display its thera-peutic effect. Thus,prevention of wound infection and promotion of wound healing can be achieved.
