摘　　要：对建立基于G IS的防洪减灾信息系统的一般方法进行了探讨,介绍了采用M apInfo软件建立防洪减灾信息系统的具体过程。并指出,脱离G IS软件环境和具有网络发布功能是此类系统将来需进行完善和改进的重点。This paper discusses the general method of building Flood Control and Disaster Reduction Information System, introduces the specific procedure of building Flood Control and Disaster Reduction Information System by using Maplnfo. And the paper points out, to depart from GIS software environment and the sort systems of having Web issuance function, to need the perfect and modified keynote in the future.
