摘　　要：目的：采用RP-HPLC方法测定安神胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法：Techsphere ODS色谱柱(5μ,250×4.6mm),以甲醇-水(58∶42)为流动相,流速0.9ml·min^(-1),检测波长：250nm,柱温45℃。结果：五味子醇甲进样量在0.038～0.950μg(r= 1,n=7)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率为98.75%,RSD=0.763%(n=5)。结论：本方法可用于安神胶囊的质量控制,方法简便、准确、可靠。Objective：To determine schisandrin in Anshen Capsules by RP-HPLC method. Methods：The liquid chromatography was carried out using a Techsphere ODS column（250×4.6mm, 5μm）,with detection wavelength at 250nm. The flow rate of mobile phase [methanol-water （58 ： 42）]was 0.9ml · min^-1. Results： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 038 ～ 0. 950μg for Schisandrin （r = 1, n = 7）. The average recoveries of Schisandrin was 98. 75 % （RSD = 0. 76% ）. Conclusion：The method established in this paper can be adopted for the quality control of Anshen Capsules. This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible.
