摘　　要：目的：用HPLC法测定醋酸地塞米松软膏含量的方法;方法：色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水（66：34）为流动相,检测波长为240nm,流速：1.0ml/min,柱温：35℃.结果：醋酸地塞米松浓度在3.68～32.19μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程：Y=2.968×10^3X-1.096×10^2（r=0.99999）,其平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=0.98%（n=9）.结论：该方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高.Objective： An HPLC method was established for content determination of Dexamethasone Acetate Ointment. Method：A Dikma ODS （150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm）column was used with a mobile pbase consisted of the mixture of methanol and water （66 ： 34）at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detective wavelength at 240nm. Column temperature was 35℃. Results：The standard curve was linear over the range of 3. 68～32.19μg/ml and regression equation of Dexamethasone Acetate was Y= 2. 968×10^3X- 1. 096 × 10^2, r = 0. 9999 9. The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD 0. 98% （n = 9）. Conclusion： This method appeared to be simple,rapid ,accurate and high sensitivity.
