摘　　要：提出人力资本的异质性,构建了一个包含初级和高级等2类劳动投入的经济增长模型,认为人力资本(教育)投资的作用是使初级劳动者向高级劳动者转变.同时,在一般函数意义下证明了该经济系统是稳定的.结论表明,劳动力结构的变化能够影响经济增长,模型参数对均衡增长率的影响与人们的常识相符.The heterogenesity of human capital is investigated and an economic growth model with two types of labor inputs is constructed. Investment in human capital will increase the supply of more skilled labors in the labor market. After discussing the stability and dynamics of this model, the model shows us how the quantity of skilled labors and other relevant factors affect the stable economic growth rate.
