摘　　要：1992──1994年在我们收治的病人中，调查了174例病人的心理反应。其中男性116例，女性58例，年龄在18──70岁之间，调查总结出共同的心理反应为：特重烧伤初期多半出乎意料的镇静、冷淡、回话简单、少与人交谈，这是一种情绪休克，实际上这是一种心理上的防御反应。由于烧伤突如其来的刺激，又无思想准备，大部分引起精神过度紧张，恐惧情绪，此外对手术切痂，植皮及愈后效果可引起焦虑忧郁。不同年龄，伤势轻重，男女之间心理反应各异，青年怕伤残，功能畸形，影响社会劳动，影响生活。而老年人怕残废生活不能自理，年轻女性最怕影响容貌，影响家庭生活，特重病人最怕危及生命。This paper reports an investigation on psychologi-cal responses of 174 burn patients with different de-gree of burn, at different stages, of different ages and sexes. The results were analyzed and the patients were divided into classes according to their psycho-togical response. Psychological nursing working was done in view of different response of the individuals to help them enhance their confidence to fight against disease, so that they could be more cooperative in the course of treatment to get better therapeutic results
