精制蝮蛇抗栓酶对缺血性心脏病血液流变性的影响及其临床意义

摘　　要：应用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗15例缺血性心脏病患者,观察用药前后的病人血液流变学变化以及^(99m)Tc—MIBI心肌断层显像定量分析,结果表明:蝮蛇抗栓酶有明显降低血粘度及血脂作用(P<0.01),心肌缺血范围明显缩小(P<0.01),对缺血性心脏病疗效确切。Refined Ahalysantinfarctasum was used te treat patients with ischemic heart disease. Hemorheology properties and quantification of rotational ^(99m)TcMIBI myocardial tomography were analysed in all patients. Results shewed that the refined Ahalysantinfarctasum decrease grossly hemoviscosity and serum lipoprotein (P<0.01 ), and to diminish markedly the extent of myocardial ischemic (P<0.01). Refined ahalysantinfarctasum showed the remarkable effect in patients with ischemic heart disease.
