摘　　要：概括介绍了CA4GE3汽油发动机的总布置设计方案。主要是对CA4GE发动机进行升级改造,充分考虑到CA4GE系列发动机现生产的客观条件,尽可能通用CA4GE系列发动机的零部件和附配件,专用件尽可能利用或部分利用CA4GE系列发动机零部件的工装或生产线,在满足红旗轿车总布置的条件下,采用国外发动机的先进技术即可变配气正时(VVT)技术及可控燃烧速率(CBR)技术,设计了CA4GE3高性能汽油发动机。This paper briefly presents the layout design of CA4GE3 petrol engine. Giving full consideration on the present production conditions of CA4GE series engines, carrying over as more as possible the parts and components, accessories and special parts from current CA4GE series engines and utilizing as much as possible the manufacturing equipment and production lines for CA4GE series engines, the upgrading modification on CA4GE engine is carried out. On the premise of being able to be fitted into the engine compartment of Redflag car, the state of the art technologies, such as variable valve timing and controllable burning rate, are adopted in the development of upgraded and high performance CA4GE3 engine.
